On June 27, Wanxiang Group and Zhejiang Branch of Agricultural Bank of China held the signing ceremony of bank-enterprise cooperation. Lu Weiding, Chairman of Wanxiang Group, and Feng Jianlong, Secretary of Party Committee and President of Zhejiang Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, attended the signing ceremony.
Both sides signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement of RMB 60 billion Yuan this time, of which RMB 50 billion Yuan was signed between Wanxiang Group and Zhejiang Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, and RMB 10 billion Yuan was signed between Wanxiang Sannong and Zhejiang Branch of Agricultural Bank of China. Zhejiang Branch of Agricultural Bank of China will actively support the development of Wanxiang in key areas, and will focus on auto parts business, advanced manufacturing, new energy and the construction and development of Wanxiang Innovation & Energy-gathering City; also, the financing needs concerning " rural areas, agriculture and farmers " including food and beverages, ocean fishing, ecological agriculture and precision poverty alleviation and so on.
According to provisions of the framework agreement, both sides are mutually one of the most important partners and on the basis of good and close cooperation already established by both sides, they will continue to move forward hand in hand in the current and future period, establish strategic partnership in the new period, deepen the field of cooperation in an all-round way to improve the level of cooperation and expand the results of cooperation.
